Enter the courtyard through gates designed by local artists Andrea Desomond-Smith and Kobus Stander, past the mature poplar tree and through a pair of double-fronted wooden doors into a main hallway.

The spacious living area is made up of the fully-equipped kitchen with butler’s pantry, along with the dining and drawing rooms – complete with a surround-sound satellite TV and DVD player. From the kitchen, there is access via floor to ceiling doors to the covered braai (BBQ) area next to the pool. The dining room also has floor to ceiling doors which open out fully onto the large outdoor patio, creating an impressive entertainment space.

In the ‘north wing’ is a yoga studio, as well as the fourth suite which overlooks the solar heated swimming pool.

To contribute to the green living experience, the owners have installed solar panels, providing virtually 100% of the properties electricity, including pool and water heating, discreet LED lighting and air conditioning in the four bedrooms suites.

The property is maintained by the house manager, Hanli, who lives in the adjacent, self-contained cottage. She will take care of your every need and provide additional staff as required.
